Apartment Maintenance Job at Thornberry Apartments
Full time opportunity for an individual with basic skills with plumbing, electrical and carpentry at an apartment community located in West Bloomfield.
You will be turning units for our new residents and work orders for our current residents.
You will become part of a company with opportunities to advance if you would like a career instead of a job. Many of our managers have been promoted from our maintenance staff.
If you have a little knowledge in these areas and are interested in being trained, we will facilitate that. If your knowledge comes from home improvement projects and you would like a steady income, send us your resume.
Compensation will be based on your experience and knowledge.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- West Bloomfield Township, MI 48322: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
