Hire Priority, a leader in Multifamily Staffing is looking to hire a high-energy Leasing Professional, who is not afraid of working hard and loves interacting with people. Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective residents by showing units and amenities
- Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about the amenities, local community and other property details
- Prepare and process lease agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and future resident
Leasing Consultant Qualifications:
- Apartment industry experience preferred
- Tax Credit (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and self-confidence are a MUST
- Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, Appfolio, etc
