Role Summary:

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will assist The Optimas CBN location in coordinating the Accounts Payable cycle. This includes coordinating invoice submission into our ERP system, reviewing for discrepancies and errors, and setting up weekly check runs. This position will perform the full cycle accounts payable process for our CBN locations in North America.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Complete the three way match of invoices and voucher in our ERP system


  • Review invoice submission for accuracy.
  • Respond to all vendor inquiries
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
  • Coordinate weekly check runs.
  • Assist with other projects as needed


Experience:

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Must be well organized and a self-starter
  • Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
