The Andare Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will support “A Seattle Collection”, a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.

The Andare Kitchen & Bar Assistant Restaurant Manager is an entry level management position and will be responsible in managing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. The Andare Assistant Restaurant Manager is integral part of the hotel’s overall Food and Beverage team. Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting and managing Andare while working closely with the Andare Restaurant Manager as well as the Food & Beverage Director and other hotel departments.
• Responsible for the short and long term planning of the restaurant
• Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team
• Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
• Full understanding of Colleague engagement
• Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
• Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
• Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity
