The Boise Office of Integra Realty Resources is seeking an Analyst (commercial real estate appraiser trainee). Integra Realty Resources is now the largest independent real estate valuation, counseling and advisory firm in the United States, with 54 local offices coast to coast. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter, with a strong grasp of economics and finance, who is interested in a long-term career in commercial real estate. The Analyst is primarily responsible for preparing real estate appraisals, including property inspections, gathering/analyzing market data, and report writing, under the supervision and mentorship of a seasoned MAI appraiser. We provide a competitive fee split, ongoing training and mentoring until attainment of certified general appraisal (CGA) license, support staff, extensive market data, and industry leading technology and training.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Idaho Appraisal Trainee Permit
- Preferably 3 years of experience in real estate, finance, or related field
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn and apply concepts and technology
- Ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
