- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (or higher) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Communications, or related
- Graduating after September 2023
- Must be eligible and available for full-time (40 hours per week) co-op between January and June 2023
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
- Experience with MS Word and Excel and/or Google Docs and Sheets
- Experience with MS Outlook, including scheduling meetings in Outlook Calendar

Our Campus Recruiting Co-op works closely with a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators. The Co-op is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon Robotics. This candidate will have great organizational skills, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Key job responsibilities
- Assist with building a well-rounded Campus Recruiting program
- Coordinate and attend Campus Recruiting events at targeted schools (Career Fairs, Tech Talks, Coding events). Set up Booth and Displays, giveaways etc.
- Develop relationships and attend events with current Intern and Co-op student population
- Schedule interviews
- Working directly with candidates and hiring managers
- Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
- Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Prior internship or co-op experience in recruiting, HR, or in administrative roles
- Leadership position in a student organization
- Experience coordinating or organizing events for students
