Amazon Account Manager (Tie Down Engineering)

We are seeking a sharp, competent, self-motivated individual who understands and knows Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central extremely well (or both!) We need someone who is passionate about their work, loves the outdoors, loves Amazon.com, and has exceptional attention to detail.

Tie Down Engineering specializes in managing Amazon.com retail and marketplace accounts for many different categories in Agriculture/Industrial, Construction/Safety, Marine, and more. Brand managed on Amazon retail (Vendor Central) and/or other Marketplaces (Walmart, big commerce, Home Depot, etc.), and get their products listed and optimized, manage their ecommerce strategy, and all the Advertising and Marketing within each platform.

We're looking for someone who knows Vendor Central extremely well and who can manage and perform the tasks associated with it.

Main Duties

· Manage vendor central accounts

· Make sure vendors stay in stock, run BTR's when needed, and work with vendor managers and instock managers at Amazon.

· Strategize on next steps to grow brand by performing monthly strategy calls, daily/weekly communication, etc.

· Plan with promotions.

· Help identify opportunities to optimize listings and consult on how to improve conversion.

· Overall account management.

· Daily account monitoring: Making sure all listings are active, checking the seller performance metrics, checking and receiving Seller Performance notifications, checking quality issue alerts, image compliance

· Forecasting: Analyzing sales and stock, creating shipments.

· Listing optimization: Optimize, cleanup and maintain Amazon listings: Ensure each listing is searchable, clear, and good-looking. Review and optimize titles, descriptions, backend keywords, add more content (pics, video, text) to listings if needed. This includes making sure bullet points and descriptions are informative, clear, and correct, and ensuring images and video are uploaded and that they look nice. Must be able to explain issues clearly and explain what needs to be done to fix issues.

· New listing creation: New products, variations of existing products, creating new bundles.

· Product ads management: Initial in-depth review of campaigns, creation of new campaigns and/or changing current campaigns, ongoing optimization including bi-weekly changes to keywords, bids, negative keywords.

· Other Marketing and Promos: Coupons, lightning deals, etc.

· Product review management: Track negative reviews, where possible contact customers to resolve..

· A+ pages/Enhanced content: Build attractive and informative A+ pages with content and images that help consumers better understand the product. This often requires writing or rewriting content from the manufacturer. Also, knowledge of Photoshop is a plus here.

Qualifications

· Must have experience and knowledge with Vendor Central.

· Must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Very computer literate.

· Extremely detail oriented.

· Visual mindset knowing what looks good and what helps products sell.

· Know what consumers like to hear, read and see in order to make a buying decision.

· Need to be able and willing to learn quickly and be honest.

· Any experience managing a retail store or retail website is also very valuable for this position.

Bonus Skills

· Vendor Central Experience.

· B2B Retail/Wholesale Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
