Responsibilities

RV is looking for a Customer Service Manager. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be key member of our service team that provides a best-in-class experience for Alliance RV product owners. In the role of Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible to assist retail owners with warranty, technical and operational questions and concerns they may have. In addition to working directly with owners you'll also work with our dealer support team, independent service centers and mobile technicians, as needed, to keep our retail customers enjoying their Alliance RV. As part of a streamlined team of highly talented individuals your experience and skills in multitasking, de-escalation, time management, rock-solid follow-up, creative problem solving, and genuine compassion will also be called upon to help ensure we are taking great care of our customers. We encourage our team to be creative and to explore unconventional alternatives in how each situation will best be handled to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient resolutions.
