Job Description:
The Allen Bradley Programmer is expected to be self-motivated, ambitious, solution oriented and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while on the clock. This position will report and take direction from Chevron management, and the work location will be at the Chevron facility.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain professional behavior and proper communication with internal and external contacts, including company employees, customers, and outside vendors
- Comply with all corporate policies and OSHA rules while carrying out all work processes
- Effectively manage time, follow directions, and complete work within specified time
- Integrate Chevron field devices into Allen Bradley Systems
- Program PLC devices
- Assist with Commissioning
- Complete regular job walks
- Attend meetings to understand the cause and effect and program PLC accordingly
- Successfully complete requested training classes and maintain all necessary safety certificates
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 3-4 years Allen Bradley Programming experience required
- 2+ years Oil & Gas experience
Customer Relations
- Understand customers expectations and follow through with commitments
- Responds promptly to customer needs
Communication
- Reports regularly to Manager
- Respond to questions in timely fashion
- Participates in required Meetings
- Makes self-available to manager
- Provides regular communication with needs and issues
- Responds to peers, subordinates, Supervisors, Managers in a timely manner
- Communicates project changes and progress
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Allen Bradley PLC Programming: 3 years (Preferred)
