RP is currently in a period of growth, and we are actively seeking quality candidates across a wide variety of positions and experience, including:

· Associate (1-3 years of experience)

· Senior Associate (3-5 years of experience)

· Account Director (5-7 years of experience)

· Vice President (7-10+ years of experience)

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience working in PR or communications is required for all roles. Prior experience with a strategic communications firm preferred. Top candidates will have a relevant background or specific interest in, corporate PR, as well as experience in media relations, excellent writing skills, experience with social media on behalf of PR clients, and ability to juggle multiple assignments, clients and deadlines effectively. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, non-hierarchal, collaborative environment that recognizes and rewards excellence.
