NYC Hospitality Powerhouse IGC Hospitality is seeking all experienced FOH Staff its venue at Parker & Quinn. In Good Company Hospitality Owns and operates multiple high volume venues in NYC including Refinery Rooftop, Trademark Bar & Kitchen, Park Avenue Tavern, The Rockaway Hotel and The Wilson.

SUPPORT STAFF

Customer service and guest experience is our specialty. We are looking to hire real team players with the ability to wear multiple hats including food runner, busser, server assistant and support staff. Duties will include filling water, running food from kitchen to tables, processing credit cards, bussing tables, carrying bus tubs, restock service stations, polish and roll silverware and anything else necessary to ensure the customer experience is nothing less than excellent.

HOST

We are looking for an engaged, dynamic, energetic, hospitality driven individual. Your duties will include greeting guests, seating guests, answering the phone, taking to go orders and planning the reservations distribution for the evening. Experience with Seven Rooms and Open Table is a plus.

AM & PM SERVERS

We are looking for a competent Server to take people’s orders, deliver them to our guests, and maintain and enhance the quality of our customer service. As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the dining room, you will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for guests in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of the hospitality industry and have a high level of service skills and interpersonal skills. Must have a flexible schedule. Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing table maintenance with special attention to sanitation and order
  • Making menu suggestions and describe the dishes to guests
  • Take/serve orders, answer questions, and upsell other menu items
  • Delivering food to tables
  • Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Issue bills and accept payment
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction
  • Familiarity with POS

Requirements:

  • Proven customer serving/ waitering experience
  • Customer-oriented approach and patience
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Hands on experience in cashier duties
  • Excellent people skills
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety
  • High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
