Airport Development Section Supervisor
Up to $110,225/annually
St. Paul, MN
This position leads and manages the Airport Development Section (ADS) so that publicly owned airports are properly planned and developed, state and federal grant funds are used effectively, and rules, regulations, and standards relative to airports are satisfied. This position also participates as a member of the office management team. This position will have the option to telework part-time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three years of professional supervisory (supervising professional employees) experience OR four years of advanced professional experience that demonstrates the following:
· Experience interpreting and applying transportation related state and federal rules, regulations, and policies.
· Experience managing and overseeing a large and/or complex funding program.
· Budget experience sufficient to oversee section and staffing activities.
· Experience overseeing grant management activities.
