As a result of our expansion into the U.S., we have an exciting opportunity available for an Aircraft Technician Team Leader to provide leadership and management for the on-time delivery of all customer commitments, driving the planning and delivery of work scope projects on the removal, logging, packing and delivery of aircraft parts.

Responsibilities:

You will:

· Manage and deliver each aircraft disassembly project to the committed turn time – all components removed, logged, and packed.

· Supervise, manage and direct the project team to include technical members, loggers and packers to ensure they are aligned with projects goals and ensure efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Work closely with the Head of Project Management and Customer Managers to deliver the best customer experience for all ecube Customers, balanced by the recognition of the need to be efficient across our working practices.

· Support the daily reviews, the Project Boards and input into the progress Weekly report.

· Respond to all technical and project queries across the team, seeking quick problem resolution and competent decision making. To escalate items that cannot be answered within the team to the Customer Managers and/or the Operations Manager.

· Remove all components with care, in accordance with ecube best practice to avoid component damage. Where the risk of damage is present due to corrosion or other factors – to raise this to the Customer Manager for further review and potentially for discussion with the Customer.

· Highlight to the Customer Managers and/or the Operations Manager, components that might suffer damage from removal in the usual manner due to their condition of the condition of associated components/parts.

· Ensure the safe disassembly/removal of parts/components from various aircrafts and that these are clearly labelled/documented.

· Identify damaged components by visual methods.

· Read/interpret AMMs & IPCs such that component removal can be managed as efficiently and effectively as possible and removal errors can be avoided.

· Work with various tools/equipment and ensure all items are well maintained and in good state of repair at all times.

· Actively support the continuous improvement projects within the business to help improve quality, productivity, etc. To raise issues and opportunities for efficiency improvements.

· Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self & others to ensure all duties are performed within established safety guidelines.

· Report any Technical issues, delays or other issues to the Customer Managers and/or Operations Manager.

· Support the delivery of KPIs across safety, quality and productivity to maintain operational growth (including hours worked; accuracy & quality; responsiveness, etc.).

· Ensure all contract reviews are fully supported and the relevant control and sign off certification in line with Company policy & procedures.

· Work in conjunction with other functional teams, ensuring that the resources required to support the projects are in place.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
