The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, PC (MAPMG) located throughout the metropolitan Baltimore and Washington, D.C. areas is currently interviewing for a part-time Urgent Care/FM physician in our Capitol Hill Medical Center practice. In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide high-quality, patient-centered health care. MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.

What You Can Expect:

• Provide urgent care services in a non-traditional, collaborative mixed-specialty department, comprised of emergency medicine, family medicine, and hospitalist physicians working together and learning from each other
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform minor surgical procedures such as suturing, incision and drainage, and splinting
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and other treatments as needed
• Educate patients on medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
