How you will contribute in this role

The ACA Specialist owns the relationship with the client and servers as the primary contact for all ACA client questions and compliance management. The ACA Specialist is responsible for providing product and expert ACA compliance knowledge and support. This position is responsible for the Enterprise Level setup, year-round maintenance, and year-end coordination applicable to Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting. The position assists in the process as a resource for the ACA Team to help resolve issues and review data with a high level of analytical abilities and commitment to providing service excellence.

• Responsible for day-to-day entries to ensure compliance with ACA regulations.
• Assists with information gathering for annual filings, measurement period, eligibility determination, compliance testing, government filings, and other duties related to year-end processing.
• Perform monthly ACA coding and edibility monitoring for multiple clients with varied benefit setups.
• Coordinates ACA year-end process with client to ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act reporting and IRS filing.
• Assists the team in conducting detailed research and data analysis on ACA data and customer issues. Facilitates problem escalations and either resolve them or escalates them to the appropriate level for resolution.
• This position will work onsite in our Tampa, FL or Burlington, VT Hub office.
