PharmXhealthOne (Pharm-X-health-One) Clinic is a growing walk-in health clinic that is expanding into South Florida. We are a Patient-Centered convenient and affordable health clinic located in Boynton Beach, Florida, and Palm Beach, Florida. Our goal in South Florida is to provide efficient, patient-centered care integrating a telemedicine program throughout Florida and treat homebound patients. This position will be working in Boynton Beach, Florida clinic location and treating patients at our clinic as well as video conferencing with patients through telemedicine. We look forward to working closely with our community of health providers in South Florida and growing our clinic over the years.

We are looking for an experience APRN who has knowledge and experience with functional medicine, HRT, and age management medicine

Skills and Qualifications

*Fluent in English (Required) *Can accept insurances (federal and commercial) *Bachelor's (Preferred) *Goal-oriented *Detail-oriented *Has Malpractice Insurance *CPR/BLS Certificate (Required) *Comfortable and skilled with electronic platforms such as EHR and video conferencing *Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university and completion of a Nurse Practitioner program specific to the expanded specialty role/category for which application is made. *Must have at least 3 years of hospital or clinic experience. *HIPAA Compliance Certificate *Must possess a two-hour Prevention of Medical Errors Certification and other required CEUs *Must have clear Level 2 Background check results *Full prescription authority *Must possess a current, clear, and Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license and DEA *Must have a clear and active National Provider Identifier (NPI) *Must have a clear and active Florida Driver's license *Must have reliable transportation with vehicle insurance *Must have a flexible schedule. *Must have experience in giving IV treatments. *Must be goal-oriented and driven. *Must have experience and able to sell healthcare packages/services; upselling whenever needed to improve clients/patients' health
