- Doctor of Medicine degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree.
- Current full unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of New Mexico.
- A current CPR course completion card level C.
- A current DEA.
- A current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
