Admissions Outreach Manager Full-Time Remote Job at Martinsburg College
Two-year online college seeks a self-motivated Admissions Outreach Manager with strong analytical and leadership skills to manage an Admissions Outreach Coordinator team. Admissions Outreach Managers are responsible for maintaining a team of Outreach Coordinators as well as maintaining the goals and outcomes of the team. The ideal candidate will understand and support the college’s mission and possess the ability to work collaboratively throughout the college to achieve institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities
§ Monitor and track trends within the team.
§ Analyze data and modify strategic plans to meet metrics.
§ Create and maintain regular reports.
§ Address challenges and provide solutions to ensure that the team runs smoothly.
§ Assist in the recruitment and retention of employees.
§ Responsible for all goals and outcomes of the team.
§ Communicate professionally with employees and peers through telephone, email, and text messages.
§ Nurture and maintain working relationships with constituents, including students, colleagues, and other college departments, as required.
§ Host weekly team meetings.
Requirements and Experience
· Proven experience in sales and recruitment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, etc.).
· Experience using a CRM system along with other technology platforms.
· Must have strong attention to detail.
· Must have strong organizational and leadership skills.
· Ability to articulate strategies and areas of opportunity to Senior management.
· Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple skillsets and think creatively.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal communication skills.
· The ideal candidate will have a high sense of urgency about job tasks.
· Most possess critical thinking skills and be proactive with solutions when faced with challenges.
· Previous sales and customer service management experience required.
· Social media advertising experience preferred.
· As this is a home-based position, candidates must have a computer, smart phone, along with reliable Internet and Cellular service.
· Dedicated home office space is required.
· If applicable, childcare during working hours is required.
· Goal-driven.
· Collaborative Team Player who enjoys leading in a team environment.
While thiis is a Monday - Friday position 9:00am - 5:00pm, there may be some evening and weekend availability required.
This is a remote, work from home position. There may be some travel required to attend in-person meetings.
