Administrative Support Assistant NF-03 Job at US Army Installation Management Command
Duties
- Serves as the principal office administrative support assistant operating independently of any other such position in the office.
- Provides support and assistance to supervisor and, in some cases, his/her subordinate staff by performing varied general office duties auxiliary to the work of the organization.
- Typical clerical and procedural duties of positions in this series include maintaining records of leave and attendance; requisitioning office supplies, repairs on office equipment, and printing services.
- Maintains suspense records to ensure commitments are completed as required.

Qualifications
- Be familiar with and have performed clerical and administrative procedures and requirements such as maintaining and managing records (ex: time and attendance, training records etc.), type/develop documents/memorandums, and the ability to apply such skills in a way that increases the effectiveness of others
- Operate/use Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and power Point software
- Type a minimum of 40 words per minute
At least one year of experience in MS Office (MS Excel, Power Point, Word in particular and able to prepare important documents for reports, meetings and memos.

2. Current Appropriated Funds Employee CNE (APF) - Your resume must clearly reflect current employment (i.e. agency, position tittle, pay plan, series, grade etc) or a copy of your most recent Personnel Action (SF50) or equivalent must be uploaded at time of application.
