Position Summary :
The Administrative Supervisor performs all EMT/Paramedic duties in addition to overseeing field personnel and making supervisory-level decisions, which involve staffing and allocation of resources within established policy and procedure. The individual in this role is responsible for day-to-day operations including facilitation of internal communication between field staff and management, outside agency interface, system status monitoring, facilitating short-term scheduling needs, equipment, and supply maintenance, as well as other operational support functions as assigned by the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager.

Salary Range: $84,989.85 - $122,164.50 DOE (This rate applies to a 8 hour shift and average 40 per week.)

Position Summary :
The Administrative Supervisor performs all EMT/Paramedic duties in addition to overseeing field personnel and making supervisory-level decisions, which involve staffing and allocation of resources within established policy and procedure. The individual in this role is responsible for day-to-day operations including facilitation of internal communication between field staff and management, outside agency interface, system status monitoring, facilitating short-term scheduling needs, equipment, and supply maintenance, as well as other operational support functions as assigned by the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Spend time on calls in the field with personnel and serve as a leader and role-model to when responding to emergency calls.
- Reconcile PCR's and other field paperwork daily and completely.
- Act as a liaison with patients, public safety agencies, training institutions, hospital personnel and the public.
- Provide staff counseling and guidance and information regarding AMR operations.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Oversee employee task performance and serve as an advisor for decisions requiring interpretation of clinical delivery and company policies while in the field.
- Take organizational action, when necessary, with limited authority after consultation with the Operations Supervisor.
- Work with other members of the Management and Supervisory team to minimize problems, correct staffing, and scheduling issues, and continuously improve service.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, customers, stakeholders, peers, and members of the medical community.
- Assist the Operations Supervisor with various tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year of EMS field experience (3 years preferred).
- Prior FTO or other leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
- Current Paramedic or EMT certification/all other required certifications
- Driving policy in compliance with AMR policy regarding insurability
- Comprehensive working knowledge of company polices/procedures and local contracts/protocols.
- No corrective actions within one (1) year
- Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to employ discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate of Arts or Bachelor of Science or Arts in Business, Healthcare or Appropriate Field of Study
