A full-time position available for a outgoing person who is well organized, detail oriented and able to meet established deadlines. This position coordinates resident move-ins and must be comfortable discussing finances with residents and families. Good computer and communication skills are required. Familiarity with Medicaid and Low-Income Housing preferable but not required. Experience with accounts receivable/payable, payroll, Human Resources is a plus.
