Project Coordinator/Estimator
CREATIVE Sign Systems + Art Programs is seeking an energetic and highly motivated team member who can complete detailed estimating, take-offs, proposals, sign schedules, and client follow up with top of the line customer service. Relevant experience in the construction or signage industry is a plus.

CREATIVE is an established 50-year-old nationwide design-build architectural signage firm that focuses on wayfinding design. We are a second-generation family-owned business that is investing in our future and looking for key entrepreneurial leaders to join our team!
Core Focus:

• Answer client requests and provide proposals by understanding client needs and the institutions sign system standard.
• Receive bid RFQs and gather information from project documents, construction plans, and specifications to understand scope, submit RFIs, and estimate the project.
• Perform floor plan take-offs for design team or proposal generation.
• Review sign message schedule content for accuracy, spelling, and consistency.
• Solicit supplier and subcontractor quotes, when required.
• Ensure timely completion of proposals.
• Track and follow-up on outstanding proposals.
• Develop and maintain resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements, etc.

Qualifications & Ideal Characteristics:

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• VERY DETAIL ORIENTED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Motivated to help the company grow and learn about our products and manufacturing processes.
• Previous commercial estimating experience is required. Sign industry knowledge is highly preferred.
