Administrative Parts Associate Job at TYM North America, Inc
Job description:
This position is to ensure all parts orders are fulfilled and invoiced in a timely manner, all parts are correctly inventoried and located, and to maintain the general appearance and functionality of the parts department. This position is based in Rome, GA and reports to the Parts Manager.
Duties:
· Enter sales orders and invoices, process shipping labels.
· Look up and pull parts for assemblers.
· Research delivery time frames for back ordered parts.
· Answer phone calls and help dealers find parts in IPL and track shipments.
· Pull, pack, and ship parts orders to dealers both domestic and international.
· Check in and put-up incoming stock orders and returns; this includes air shipments and containers.
· Relocate items as necessary and make changes in the business system.
· Check inventory levels and notify parts manager of any discrepancies.
· Pull and secure parts orders on pallets for LTL shipments.
· Load and unload shipments as they arrive and leave.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1-3 Years of related experience
· Microsoft Office suite
· Ability to lift 30 lbs.
· General knowledge of computers and ability to type.
