Administration & Operations Assistant, Property Management Office

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant for a luxury community in the Navy Yard area of Charlestown. This position plays an important role on the Property Management team and provides support to the Property Manager and the Director of Maintenance with both day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities in the Property Management Office. The role is largely customer-facing, providing assistance to residents, unit owners, visitors, contractors, Board members and others. We are seeking a candidate with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, adherence to deadlines, a strong customer service focus, a professional demeanor and the ability to multi-task. Past experience in an administrative and/or customer service role is required for this position.
