Position Summary
LincolnHealth on the St Andrew’s Village Campus has an immediate need for an Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our care team. In this important role at the Village, the Administrative & Marketing Assistant handles all lobby reception responsibilities and is often the first contact for residents, family members, prospects and the community. The position provides outstanding service and support to the resident services and marketing departments, as well as support to Administration, the Business Office, Dietary, Environmental Services and Facilities departments. A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors, a commitment to meet the needs of residents and the ability to multitask are key aspects of the position.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role. Marketing experience desired but not required.
- Excellent customer service, organizational and computer skills required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to take and write meeting minutes, write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
