We are in need of a Construction Billing Administrative Assistant for our family owned restoration business. We need someone who has the following qualities:

- Reliable and Prompt
- Estimate Preparation

- MUST be Detail Oriented
- MUST be able to learn new software quickly - Xactimate knowledge a PLUS!
Please submit you resume ASAP. Full time position. M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm. Looking to fill the position immediately. On call rotation is also included one week per month.
