  • Assist sales force by performing routine clerical and administrative functions
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic filing system for records
  • Ability to Multi-Task and Prioritize in fast paced situations
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and complaints by telephone, email and fax
  • Project manage installation projects from start to finish: receive PO#, request CAD drawings for engineering, submit drawings and specifications to AHJ, order equipment, complete close out documents and properly file passed inspection report, archive job folder
  • Assist and resolve issues with jobs such as add-ons and change orders in a timely manner
  • Create, compile, and mail submittal documents for AHJ compliance, following up as necessary for approval
  • Enter service orders as they arise with great detail and communicate with the appropriate service department accordingly
  • Attend bi-weekly fire alarm production meetings and update spreadsheet accordingly
  • Maintain billing sheet for installation jobs
  • Maintain High Level of accuracy in special projects and customer requests
  • Act as a liaison between sales and service
  • Become an expert in current system ProfitZoom as well as the future system Service Trade
  • Produce and execute monitoring contracts/agreements bid by sales representative
  • Complete close-out documents for installation projects
