Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper Job at SPEEDX LOGISTICS INC.
Looking for an experienced Admin and accounting book Keeper for a logistics company based out of sugar land Texas.
Office is located in sugar land Hwy 59 and Hwy 90.
Job duties will include:
⁃ Enter accounting transactions in quickbooks. Create monthly P&L and balance sheet statements.
⁃ Reconcile credit card and bank statements.
⁃ Maintain file folders for important documents
⁃ Maintain records of equipment inventory
⁃ Arrange truck rentals and maintain rental contracts
⁃ Assist in other admins tasks as needed by the business.
⁃ Assist HR manager with maintain employee records.
The ideal candidate should have experience of doing book keeping and have knowledge of quick books and have worked as an office admin capacity.
Candidate should have experience in excel and word.
Candidate should have excellent organizational skills
Caudate should posses a drive to learn and take ownership of tasks with minimal guidance.
Compensation will be based on experience.

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
