The Administrative Assistant ensures the smooth running of the office and coordinates work between all departments. Ability to manage workflow and deadlines.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer Phones in a timely and courteous manner
  • Take orders over the phone and provide customer service
  • Product descriptions to customer
  • Process customer billing and payments
  • Review and process month end customer statements
  • Review and contact customer for past due invoices
  • Understand inventory entry and reconciliation
  • Code and process AP invoices for payment
  • Internal and external customer services

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years work experience in office environment
  • Experience with multi-line telephone Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good research skills and attention to detail
  • Typing 45+ wpm. Good 10-key skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
