BASIC FUNCTION

Under Supervision of the SHJ Construction Management team, The Administrative Assistant will assist our Construction Managers logistical, financial, and administrative tracking. It is important for this individual to fit our current team and structure well. SHJ Construction prides itself on creating a family like atmosphere and the dynamic of our team is vital in providing that.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and maintain all General Contractor Contracts.
• Review and maintain RFP's.
• Maintain and track RFI's, Submittals, Utilities, and other important key items.
• Maintain Smartsheet Spread Sheets.
• Setup and Disconnect of Power and Utilities at Construction Sites.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing technology environments.
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
• Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
• Innovative thinker, who actively seeks opportunities to improve performance and proposes solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Can pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• Are legally eligible to work in the United States.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
