Our Concord Dental practice is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. -The Basic Responsibilities-

  • Managing doctor and hygiene schedules.
  • Processing patient intake and check out.
  • Assisting patients in person, over the phone, via email, etc.
  • Processing initial treatment payments for patients.
  • Processing insurance breakdowns for treatment.

-What Can You Bring To Our Team-

  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative role.
  • Bilingual- Spanish and English preferred.
  • Experience in dental/doctor office environment
  • Experience with EagleSoft preferred.
  • Established phone etiquette.
