Here’s What You’ll Be Doing as an Administrative Assistant at PuroClean In this role, you’ll be building positive relationships with customers, vendors, and insurance adjusters. · You’ll be answering inbound calls and triaging them as needed. · You’ll confirm appointments, dispatch our techs, and handle reschedules. · You’ll keep the jobs up-to-date in our system. · You’ll coordinate with our Claims Specialists in the field and our Production Manager. · You’ll learn to estimate and invoice projects. · You’ll make sure that all documentation is completed. Most of our work is conducted during normal business hours Monday through Friday, but we are a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week, 365-day-a-year business to respond to emergencies. Therefore, we all take turns to make sure that we can take care of emergencies that come up after hours. Every single member of our team, including those in the office, will periodically be the one ‘on call’ to respond to urgent requests and dispatch a technician as needed. Here’s How to Succeed Here As An Administrative Assistant: · Do the right thing when no one is watching. · Be willing to occasionally stay late when needed to wrap things up for the day for our customers and teammates. · Appreciate training and ask a lot of questions to learn and improve every day. · Be thorough in documentation and in capturing required details.
