The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):
o Receives, greets, and directs guests and customers, in person or via telephone
o Manages multiple calendars; coordinates and schedules meetings and conference calls within the department, interdepartmentally, and/or with external parties
o Prepares, edits, and keeps detailed logs of correspondence, reports, contracts, presentations
o Makes travel, meeting, and special event arrangements; creates and organizes travel itineraries
o Utilizes technology, including specialized software as applicable, to maximize productivity
o Performs word processing; creates Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations; prepares reports
o Processes expense reports and supporting documentation
o Develops and maintains electronic files as necessary
o Anticipates and prepares materials needed by the team for meetings, correspondence, appointments, etc. that may include privileged and confidential information
Education and Experience Requirements:

- Provides any and all administrative support to the Senior Director/'s and other assigned staff.
- Clerical and office support duties include:
o Receives, greets, and directs guests and customers, in person or via telephone
o Manages multiple calendars; coordinates and schedules meetings and conference calls within the department, interdepartmentally, and/or with external parties
o Prepares, edits, and keeps detailed logs of correspondence, reports, contracts, presentations
o Makes travel, meeting, and special event arrangements; creates and organizes travel itineraries
o Utilizes technology, including specialized software as applicable, to maximize productivity
o Performs word processing; creates Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations; prepares reports
o Processes expense reports and supporting documentation
o Develops and maintains electronic files as necessary
o Anticipates and prepares materials needed by the team for meetings, correspondence, appointments, etc. that may include privileged and confidential information
- Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously; solicits, researches, and compiles supporting materials for projects; follows through on issues in a timely manner
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills; provides customer service; assists other support staff as necessary; collaborates with all levels of internal leadership, management, and staff as well as outside clients, vendors, and other external parties
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Four-year degree from an accredited institution required
- Previous administrative, clerical, or secretarial experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

- 3 year(s): Must be proficient in excel creating spread sheets , word. Organized and detailed oriented, and is able to multitask and meet deadlines
