A Day in the Life:
You’ll provide a high level of administrative support and assistance to a busy team of corporate legal professionals. This position requires a proactive team player with a “can do” attitude as no two days will be the same. You will take ownership of managing the calendars of two partners, scheduling client meetings, travel coordination and assist in planning appointments, etc. As needed, you will have the opportunity to coordinate, plan, and organize the logistics for client meetings and/or other meetings. Additional projects include attorney time entry, new client intake, file maintenance, document editing and formatting, expense reimbursement, and monthly client billing.

You have stellar administrative support skills and you are able to prioritize and adjust as new needs arise. You always subscribe to a high level of professionalism and communication. You understand that supporting multiple attorneys means being quick to re-prioritize when needed, and requires superb organizational skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior administrative experience is required;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), a stronghold on technology, and the ability to thoroughly proofread is a must.
- Experience with a document management system, billing software, and time entry program.
