Administrative Assistant Job at CPC Logistics
Work Schedule is Monday through Friday. Average of 20-25 hrs a week
Responsibilities include:
- Daily interaction and proper communication with employees and management alike
- Professional phone etiquette, answering phones, responding to customer emails
- File keeping and management via computer programs
- Other responsibilities as needed
Qualified candidates will:
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Office environment
- Have a focus on customer service
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
