Arnold-Grounds Apartment Management & Affordable Housing Specialists is a professional multi-family apartment management company with its principals having over 30 years’ experience operating affordable and workforce apartment communities across the U.S.
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a multifamily property located in Fargo, ND.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers.
- Must be detailed oriented and resourceful.
- Ability to handle several projects concurrently.
Job Applicant Preferences
- 3-5 years property management experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in on-site property management preferred but not required
- Experience with apartment industry accounting software
- Strong grasp of basic mathematical functions.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Excel
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent property management experience with high school diploma or GED.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
