Description:
Position provides customer service for walk-up, phone, and online customers. Attracts new customers by answering product questions. Provides pricing and general product information. Resolves product or service issues. Retail and commercial accounts are serviced by this position. It also includes the following office duties: emailing, scanning, faxing, copying, order entry, credit card terminal use, and other duties as required. Position also includes data entry.
Requirements:
A customer first mentality and strong communication skills. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Skills should include: customer service, listening, phone skills, product knowledge, answering customer questions, verbal and written communication, problem solving, typing, multi-tasking, and dependability.
One or more years of office experience is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is also preferred.
