Administrative Assistant & Accounting Clerk Job at Solomon CPAs & Financial Services
Solomon CPAs and Financial Services is a CPA firm that specializes in Tax, Accounting, and Financial Investment and Advisory services for small businesses and individuals. Our areas of expertise are tax preparation and planning, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
We are currently seeking a full-time employee that will fulfill an administrative assistant role from January - April 2023, and then potentially transition to an accounting clerk role thereafter.
Job duties are as follows:
· Answering telephone calls and communicating with clients through email
· Scheduling
· Scanning, printing, copying, etc.
· Data entry
· E-signature processing
· Project workflow management
· Other tasks as assigned
· Payroll
· Bookkeeping
Essential skills and job requirements are as follows:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Experience with Microsoft Office
· Attention to detail
· Strong time-management skills, organizational skills, efficiency, and dependability
· Ability to learn quickly & work independently
· Prior experience with a CPA firm is desired but not required
· Experience with Quickbooks desired bud not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
