What You'll Do
- Provides support to Radiological Control (RADCON) Department programs for reports and database management.
- Performs activities associated with assigning training requirements for new and current Y-12 RADCON employees as well as subcontractors, schedule training, and working with the Y-12 training organization in maintaining training current in LMS (HANA).
- Performs specialized activities involved in obtaining and providing data and information. Collects and assembles various data for inclusion in databases, reports or plans. Performs arithmetic operations or calculations for report preparation. Consolidates and/or formulates information and data into plans and reports, including tables and other graphics.
- Records Support Services: Assist staff members in maintaining processes for creating, organizing, storing, and transferring records of program files, field-generated data sheets, correspondence files, electronic mail, etc., so that the life-cycle for all records is established and documented.
- Document Preparation and Transmittal: Be knowledgeable of all aspects of document preparation. Assist with conversion and compilation of multiple file types such as Excel and Word to a final document in pdf format. Assist in distribution of transmittal letters and documents both in paper copy and electronic format.
- Other Administrative Support: Provide additional support services including secretarial support, document retrieval research for other staff members.

Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Typical administrative experience ranging from 10–15 years.
- OR associate's degree: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Typical administrative experience ranging from 10–15 years.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Experience in SAP, LMS (HANA), MS Outlook, MS Calendar, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Issues Management System and PowerPoint.

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.
Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10CFR 709. Medical requirements may apply.
