CMM Technology, Inc. is a technical service company providing calibration and repair service to our national customer base. Our office is located in San Clemente in the Talega Business Park.
This position will incorporate administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, shipping small boxes, making travel arrangements involving booking flights, cars, and making hotel reservations. It will also include accounts receivable, some purchasing, and equipment tracking. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Accuracy and consistency are key for this position. In addition, sales support will include email outreach and follow-up to our current and potential customers.
The Admin/Sales Support position requires great phone communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude to support our growing customer database.
The ideal candidate is someone with 1-3 years of experience with inside telephone sales.
Candidate must have:
-Good computer and interpersonal skills
-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PDF Documents; Goldmine experience a plus
-Excellent phone skills
-Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
-Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the CMM industry
- $20/hour plus Commission. Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Holidays and Vacation.
