Currently, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional (III) to provide specialized administrative services within the Scheller College of Business, including organizing and preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation; supporting event management; records management; and related administrative activities. Typically provides work guidance to lower-level administrative personnel with the unit.

Job Summary
Provide specialized administrative services within a campus unit, including organizing and preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation; event management; records management; and related administrative activities. Typically provides work guidance to lower-level administrative personnel with the unit. This position will interact on a consistent basis with unit management and staff, vendors, and office visitors. This position typically will advise and counsel: administrative staff. This position will supervise N/A.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
- Originate and process correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
Job Duty 2
- Compile, organize and analyze data for use in reports.
Job Duty 3
- Process travel (TAR) forms for faculty/Ph.D. students and manage reimbursement of expenses.
Job Duty 4
- Copying/printing/faxing/scanning.
Job Duty 5
- Make travel arrangements for distinguished guest speakers, faculty, and Ph.D. student recruitment candidates for specified areas.
Job Duty 6
- Support 30 faculty and Ph.D. students.
Job Duty 7
- Maintain copy machines in 4 areas.
Job Duty 8
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Job Duty 9
- Develop and maintain databases and records management systems for recruitment and distinguished guests.
Job Duty 10
- Review and resolve routine administrative-related questions and issues; provides input regarding new or revised unit administrative procedures.
Job Duty 11
- Process P-card purchases and associated P-card redistributions.
Job Duty 12
- Support Ph.D. students as necessary.
Job Duty 13
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Duties:
- Provide support to faculty, Ph.D. Students, staff, and other teaching professionals
- Actively participate in faculty recruitment and ensure processing and retention of associated documents
- Periodically served as relief assistant to the Dean's office reception area.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Requirements
- High school diploma, GED Certificate, or Vocational School Diploma
Additional Required Experience
- Three to five years of job-related experience

Preferred Education:
- Technical diploma, Associate's Degree, or two years of college in a business-related discipline.
