- Prepare, facilitate & coordinate communications, schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences on behalf of WCF Leadership.
- Coordinate travel arrangements-flights, car rentals, and hotels.
- Prepare and process expense reports for WCF Leadership, establish and maintain filing systems for the leadership team.
- Draft financial, statistical, narrative, and /or other reports as requested.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 years frequent use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced
level. - 5 years administrative support, preferably for senior level management or combination of college degree and 2 years of administrative experience.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with all levels of employee.
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Must be able to lead and coordinate projects utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must type 55 wpm.

Compensation
Generally starting at $23.56 - $30.49 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.Where Memories Start with You
