This is a part-time 29 hr./wk. job. The job entails coordinating swim lessons & trainings for people with disabilities and instructors. You need to be comfortable working with people of all abilities, have experience swimming/instructing in the water, be able to coordinate and communicate with program staff, be able to coordinate and communicate with parents/swimmers, etc.
Historically, the position has worked great with college students wanting degree experience & working part-time.
