We are seeking an experienced ACQUISITIONS MANAGER to join our team in the OFFER HUT division. The Acquisitions Manager reports to the Sales Operations Director and will be responsible for converting quality leads into profitable transactions, through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of property/seller needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive/make calls from all avenues of marketing and evaluate all qualified leads.
  • Use script to qualify all leads.
  • Enter, maintain, track, and follow up with all Leads in CRM.
  • Report to Management by ensuring leads are properly qualified and offered.
  • Test and evaluate consumer response to different negotiations tactics and scripts.
  • Link the proper leads to the proper campaigns for accurate tracking and measuring.
  • Analyze properties, look at comparable, and determine offers.
  • Actively seek referrals and introductions to networks of business owners.
  • Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary.
  • Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the company.
  • Work hand in hand with the owners & partners to successfully close deals.
  • Network with others in different local networking events to improve business opportunities.
  • Standards
  • Work as many leads at a time to analyze, build rapport and get in contract.
  • Contract 3 deals per month.
  • Follow up with all potential leads with an offer range in the time promised.
  • Connect with as many sellers as possible in order to get data to make offers daily.
  • Participate in weekly Team Meetings.
  • Expected to be working Monday through Friday 9am-5:00pm at a minimum yet, this is a position that will require nights and weekends in order to accomplish the goal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
