Acquisition Originator Job at Lakeshore Management Inc.
Scope:
The Acquisition Originator reporting to Director of Assets is responsible for independently growing Lakeshores pipeline of potential deals and supporting our future growth via acquisitions. Excellent opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual to earn significant commission-based income.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete outreach campaigns (phone, mail, online) direct to property owners
- Establish new brokerage relationships and manage existing
- Travel to target markets and properties
- Meet owners face-to-face and build relationships
- Target markets are defined work lists (provided) and track owners, contact info, interest in selling, etc.
- Confer with analysts for target pricing to present meaningful offers
- Obtain critical data for initial underwriting (rents, occupancy, etc.)
- Provide ongoing support through executed PSA
- Maintain a detailed log of activities and summarize in reports to senior staff
- Other ad hoc duties
Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Bachelors or Associates degree
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Values-first mindset; always keep professional and ethical composure
- Comfort cold calling and interfacing with all types (from corporate to mom-and-pop)
- Ability to travel and to work well independently

COMPENSATION: $100,000.00-$150,000.00/ Yr. (Based on Experience)
