Schedule:Mon-Fri 9am-5pm; On-call nights and weekends as needed

Salary: $71,120 / year

The ACCS Residential Program Director promotes successful community integration and the overall well-being of adults with psychiatric conditions by overseeing the operations of a supportive Group Living Environment. The ACCS Residential Program Director will oversee the clinical, financial and administrative operation of the Group Living Environment site to ensure that each Person Served receives the best the services needed to live successfully independently. The ACCS Residential Program Director will supervise staff, ensure quality of services licensing, quality, and oversee the creation and implementation of treatment plans. The ACCS Residential Program Director will also facilitate successful and timely transitions to and from residential settings.

Requirements:

Vaccine Mandate Policy

In accordance to federal mandate, all new employees, interns, and volunteers within Vinfen's Massachusetts programs will be required to be fully vaccinated (14 days beyond last shot of Pfizer or Moderna or 14 days beyond receiving a Johnson and Johnson vaccine), or have received the first shot in a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) with an appointment scheduled for the second dose. A 2nd dose must be received within six weeks of hire and the first shot prior to New Employee Orientation or have an approved exemption for medical or religious reasons by the first day of employment with Vinfen.

  • A Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required. Master's degree in human services, Psychology or related preferred. In some cases, experience may be substituted for academic training.
  • Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner credential preferred.
  • A minimum of five years experience in progressively responsible human services functions, of which three years have been in a supervisory capacity required.
  • Experience working with people with psychiatric disability and/or co-occurring disorders required.
  • Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport PS.

All candidates must be at least t21 years of age and successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background and driving record check. Preference given to bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions
