As one of the fastest-growing companies in the mid-west, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our corporate office in our Groveport, Ohio location.
Our ideal candidate is energetic, fun, exhibits a positive attitude, dependable, trustworthy, always looking for ways to better a process, is relationship-focused, and demonstrates they can troubleshoot issues on demand.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to:
- Process invoices from vendors and check requests
- Good working knowledge of PO Systems, by understanding the three-way vendor match process, involving POs, receiver, and invoice.
- Normal A/P Functions – Aging Analysis / Vendor Statement Reconciliation / Process Checks/Mail
- Aid in other accounting projects as needed
- Ensure W-9 forms are on file for all vendors
- Prepare 1099 forms each year
JOB REQUIREMENTS, but not limited to:
- Experience in Quick Books helpful (not required)
- Computer experience required
- Communication skills
- Detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18-20.00 per hour (based on experience)
