We have an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Finance team as an Accounts Payable Associate II. In this role, you will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.
This position is based in our headquarters office in Boise, ID and requires onsite work 3 days per week. You will be eligible for hybrid work once initial training is completed.

You Will:
- Process accounts payable transactions in a shared-service environment, confirm and maintain vendor data, ensure accurate control of cash disbursements and monitor expenses.
- Utilize all available types of technology and interpersonal skills to provide support to internal and external customers.
- Identify and initiate process improvements, troubleshoot procure-to-pay and systems problems.
- Work in a team environment and contribute to positive morale.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
- Assist and prepare accounting records, closing entries, allocations and account reconciliations.
- Complete sales and use tax calculations, reviews, and filings.
- Work with accuracy under stress and critical time constraints.
- Bring knowledge of accounting processes and procedures and computer-based accounting (ERP) systems.
- Use a variety of systems to analyze data and effectively communicate results.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
You Have:
- Associates degree, or equivalent work experience in related job function
- 3+ years of job-related experience
- Knowledge of accounting procedures and computer-based accounting (ERP) systems
