Position: Accounting Clerk

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for AP and AR data entry, payroll, filing, organizing, and miscellaneous projects.

Essential Job Functions:

-*Knowledgeable on R 365*

· AP/AR posting & General ledger reconciliation

· Perform monthly financials

· Processing and reconciling payroll

· Monthly inventory report

· Perform general office duties such as procuring vendors, negotiating service agreements, and others as assigned

· Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities

· Working closely and communicating with Dept. managers and stores

· Other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· College degree in Accounting, 1-2 years experience in Accounting and Office Administration;

· Full knowledge of QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office skills

· Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information

· Excellent interpersonal skills and team building skills

· Analytical and problem solving skills

· Effective verbal, listening, and communications skills
