Vantage Auto, a high end, energetic, and innovative car dealership is seeking an Accounting Clerk (Excel Expert). This individual will work hand in hand with the CFO. Seeking a candidate with any type of accounting experience or education and MUST have excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s experience as a minimum. This individual will also be assisting the CFO and controller with day to day tasks. A successful candidate will enjoy working in an office environment and will have extensive experience with Excel spreadsheets and Quickbooks. Candidates should be self motivated, responsible, and eager to grow with our company.
Requirements:
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for our CFO and Controller including processing invoices, bills and other items.
- Perform basic accounting operations.
- Supporting the accounting department by filing documents, reconciling vendor statements and heavily utilizing excel in the process.
- Utilizing excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s on a daily basis
- Creating reports within excel and manipulating data in excel to reconcile accounts and perform other month end reporting/accounting duties.
- Research and reconcile all discrepancies
- Emailing invoices and assisting with vendor inquiries.
- Assist with HR/Onboarding Employees
- Assist with running weekly payroll
- File/Scan documents properly.
- Perform routine clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft Products and Quickbooks Online
- 2-3 years of Accounting experience
- Attention to detail
- Highly organized and self-starter
- High-School Diploma Required
